This £2.2m oak framed project for one regular design driven client posed many challenges. The planners had already rejected the earlier scheme by another architect at this sensitive site near Stratford Upon Avon. We created a bespoke design with a mix of old and new styles and construction details, using traditional materials. To the client's delight the planning was granted.
